Wedding Reception Venue Hunt- BULACAN

The Greenery -Bulacan

I instantly loved it the moment I set my foot in it. It has a tagaytay-like feel, cool breeze and over looking. I loved the lighthouse spot and their big garden. M and I wanted an outdoor venue and I thought it's perfect for us.
However, they don't allow outside caterers. I can't recall if there will be a corkage, but I remember they only recommend their in-house catering.
Venue rental is around 60-80k.

Hardin Spa -Plaridel

Restaurant/ Spa/ Garden setting. It's not as grand as the greenery but this one is more intimate and homey. M liked this better than The Greenery and the venue rental is only 20k. We even planned to have a romantic date here since we're both into spa and love getting a massage.
The only thing I didn't like is the fact that it is walled so it looks secluded, I wanted a venue that is open and the walls aren't visible. But we still considered Hardin Spa as our reception venue rather than The Greenery.

Bulacan brides may want to consider these venues I've found. By the way, there is a nearby church in The greenery-- around 10 minutes drive. I didn't see the church interior though, but from the outside it looks as historical as Barasoain.

Hardin Spa is kinda far from Barasoain, probably 30 minutes drive way from the church.

A month after, we felt we're not ready to get married on 2014 yet. The only decision we made was to postpone the wedding, to 2015 or 2016 maybe. :)
