During the time we were planning to have a wedding in Bulacan, I came across FAES when I was searching for Bulacan wedding suppliers. This is the first result that comes out in google. So right after Barasoain, we went to their office located just in front of the church. I had set an appointment with Miss Liza prior to that.
Their office is comfy, bright and professional-looking. A couple was about leave when we came and another couple arrived during my scheduled meeting with Miss Liza (the couple just got finished with their pre-nup pictorial). The team was very much occupied with alot of clients that I never thought twice of getting them. If I'm gonna have a Bulacan wedding, they're the ones I'm gonna entrust it to.
Miss Liza Santos is very accommodating. She showed us their packages and they are VERY reasonable. I lost my copy because its been 2 years already but from what I can remember, the one I saw was just around 180k php which includes catering, photo and video services, coordination, bridal car and some other miscellaneous stuff. For the on-site video, you just have to add 15k. Their photo/video, and catering services are in-house. You can check their website for more accurate details :) http://familyaffairevents.net/
Anyways, as I was talking to Miss Liza, I saw that she knows her craft by heart. She listens intently to her client and covers all the necessary topics that have to be pointed out. She shared some bridezilla stories and wedding mishaps that has to be avoided. She also told me that brides shouldn't be too stressed days before the wedding because even make-ups can't cover eyebags. She's so easy to talk to, and most importantly she won't stress you about the cost of the wedding. From our consultation, I observed that she's sincere and as much as she can, doesn't charge too much and won't let you spend too much. In short, she's not OA when it comes to pricing.
For Bulacan brides, I highly recommend FAES. Even their on-site videos are presentable and looks elegant. The only drawback is that, their videos of different weddings kinda look the same. Its like there's a ready template they just use hehehe. But trust me, its still looks presentable and elegant.
Their photo shots and photobook passed my taste too. I just find their logo too big and too catchy on every page :)
Even now, that I have booked a venue for my wedding already--- which is in Antipolo, I still thought of FAES. I'd really like Miss Liza to be my wedding coordinator. I haven't talked to her again about it, just yet. But last december 2014, I inquired about her wedding styling services through FB. She's humble as always and quoted me a very reasonable price (I doubt though if she can still remember me as the girl who went to her office a year before that.), and from her reply, I felt that she's kinda hesitant to do the styling because she said that the out-of town fee is too high and emphasized on it although I already told her that the price she gave is still reasonable even with the OOT fee.
A day after that conversation, I lost her account for some reason (maybe it was deactivated or something). I found out just now, as I was writing this, that she has a facebook page up (https://www.facebook.com/TheRunningWeddingPlanneRBulacan). I dont have a wedding coordinator yet and I'm just about to ask her if she can take my wedding. She's bulacan based but I remember her telling me that they also do some OOT weddings.
I also, almost forgot to mention that Miss Liza Santos of FAES is very hands-on. She even does pre-nup styling for her clients. :)

Yeah even I have heard good things about Lisa. One of my friends took her services and was for all her praise. Another friend of mines is looking for affordable location for vows right now and once she is done I am thinking of recommending Lisa’s services to her.
